Our Story
Pathways Properties was built on faith, family and the belief that real estate & property management should be done differently. Our goal is to build and leave behind something our children can be proud of and excited to continue with well beyond our years.
For us, property management is about seeing the people within the property. With more than 2 decades of experience within the housing industry, we’ve seen firsthand how meaningful it is when people feel cared for where they live and invest.

Meet the Team
Casey Martin
Co-Owner/Managing Broker
With more than 20 years of experience in title and real estate, Casey is the heart and soul of Pathways Real Estate & Properties. Her deep knowledge, dedication, and passion for helping clients and customers achieve their goals make her invaluable to the Pathways mission. Casey’s expertise, market insight, and steady commitment set her apart as a trusted broker throughout the area.
Away from work, she loves spending time with Ryan and being the number one fan of their six children. She is the ballpark DJ for the baseball team and a coach for the high school varsity dance team. When life slows down, she enjoys movie & date nights with her husband. Her mornings begin with scripture and prayer, grounding her faith and focus for the day ahead.
Ryan Martin
Co-Owner/Business Manager
Ryan oversees property and business operations, marketing, and development, ensuring Pathways remains innovative and efficient. With a background in residential construction, regulatory compliance, and business leadership, he brings practical insight and a results-focused mindset to every project. His vision keeps the company growing while staying grounded in service.
Beyond the business, Ryan devotes much of his time to coaching youth baseball, football, and basketball and proudly wears the badge of “dance dad.” While date nights with Casey and moments when all the kids are home fill his heart, his greatest desire is to be the man Jesus calls him to be. As a husband, father, friend, and entrepreneur, he gives all the glory to Him.
Kari Pax
Lead Bookkeeper
Kari provides the financial backbone of Pathways Properties. With a detail-oriented approach and strong background in bookkeeping and small business, she ensures accuracy and dependability across all financial operations. Kari is known for her patience, precision, and steady communication; qualities that make her an invaluable support to both owners and the Pathways team. She enjoys spending time with family, watching the grandkids, supporting their family business and staying connected within her community.
Tony Schrader
Co-Owner
As both co-owner and Real Estate Attorney, Tony brings essential legal expertise and trusted guidance to Pathways Properties. His experience in real estate law helps strengthen the company’s commitment to compliance, sound contracts, and informed decision-making. Tony provides a perspective that balances professionalism with practical, client-centered solutions. Outside the office, he’s being a great dad and enjoys time with friends on the golf course.
Luke Wilsey
Co-Owner
Born and raised in Menomonie, Luke brings local insight and steady leadership to the Pathways Properties team. Professionally, he manages a successful agri-sales & service business and serves on the Dunn County Board of Supervisors, where he contributes to responsible growth and community development. His background in business management and public service helps guide Pathways with both strategy and integrity. Outside of work, Luke enjoys time with family, staying involved in the community, and when he can, a good round of golf…. (or ten).
