Our Rental Process

Set Up A Showing

Once you’ve found a property you’re interested in, schedule a time to see it in person. Contact our team by calling 715-309-2550. We will meet you at the property, answer any questions, and help you determine if it’s the right fit for you.

Apply Online

After your showing, all adult tenants would complete our online application by clicking the “Apply Now” link on the property profile page. Include all requested information so we can process your application quickly. Our team reviews each submission carefully and communicates clearly throughout the approval process.

Application Review

We will verify your information, complete credit & background screenings, and confirm your income, employment and/or student status. You’ll typically receive a response within 24 hours but the process may take up to 3-5 business days. Submitting accurate and complete information will expedite the processing.

Sign Your Lease & Prepare for Move-In

Once approved, we’ll send your lease documents electronically for your review and signature. Our team will be available to answer any questions you may have and security deposits should be paid at this time.

Move In & Stay Connected

Prior to your lease date, schedule a time to pick up your keys and welcome packet at our office. Our team will review your welcome packet and discuss utility transfers, your tenant portal and any other questions you may have. Welcome HOME!
